Garden Slumber Sniffy Stick

Garden Slumber is a sweet deep sleep blend. Great for settling a busy and complicated mind.

The essential oils of Frankincense (Boswelia caterii), Sandalwood (Santalum album), Atlas Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica), Melissa (Melissa officinalis), Ylang Ylang  (Cananga odorata), Neroli (Citrus aurantium var. amara) comprise the Garden Slumber Sniffy Stick.

I have a client that purchased a sniffy stick off the table at a craft fair and raved about it helping her sleep for the first time in years. We spoke and had a visit and I discovered that she had chosen a blend with oils that were contraindicated for her. So, I set out to create another blend. We created a similar blend and it just wasn't what she needed. And thus, Garden Slumber was born.

The florals dominate gently  in the Garden Slumber Sniffy Stick. The woods mellow them out. Very grounding and emotionally supportive.

Sniffy sticks are personal and discreet. They are portable. They are powerful. The sharing of Margarita Clear Sniffy Stick or any other Sniffy Stick between two or more persons is highly discouraged as it potentially disperses bodily fluids from one individual to another.

Instructions for using Garden Slumber Sniffy Stick: Untwist the cap, place sniffy stick at the opening of one nostril, while holding the other closed. Take a deep inhale of the aroma. Exhale and repeat, if desired.  Switch to the other nostril and repeat. One to two inhalations per nostril. Do this every 4 hours as desired.
