MoJo Essential Oil Blend Safety Info
According to Tisserand and Young, there is a risk of photoxicity with expressed bergamot essential oil. Max dilution: 0.4%. If it is used above the maximum dermal use guidelines, the area of application should not be exposed to UV rays for at least 2 hours and up to 72 hours after application. Sensitivity is more likely with old or oxidized essential oils, so it should be stored in a dark, airtight container in your refrigerator.
