This is a gentle version of BreatheON. I find the substitutions to be less harsh and tend to use it more frequently. The spearmint is soft, and reminds some of orbit sweet mint gum.

Not Snot Essential Oil Blend Safety Info
Tisserand and Young note that Blue Tansy Essential Oil should be avoided by those taking medications metabolized by the CYP2D6 enzyme. Not Snot should not be taken orally by those taking medications that are metabolized by either CYP1A2 or CYP3A4 enzymes. This blend was created to use topically at no more than 10% to prevent phototoxicity issues.
