Rosemary Essential Oil is a great oil for a number of things. It's probably best known for its invigorating properties. This oil is a great morning oil for, it can keep you awake at night. Sipping coffee and diffusing rosemary is a nifty wake up routine so you can delve into your work. It doesn't hurt that rosemary is often beneficial for focus and memory. It can be encouraging for you to keep on track as you go about your day. The high 1,8 cineole content helps support your respiratory system as well. Double duty! Due to the high 1,8 cineole content, Rosemary essential oil should not be used with caution on children under 10 years of age.
It has a fantastic use in blends for muscle and joint support as well as in skin care. Due to the stimulating properties this oil holds, putting a few drops in your shampoo may help to stimulate growth. It holds warming and invigorating properties and may help the appearance of cellulite when used in massage blends. Rosemary essential oil has been known as an aphrodisiac, this may be why rosemary has been a guest to wedding ceremonies for many years.
With our pre-diluted oils . . . if diluted for kids is the highest dilution you see, it’s also the max dilution possible. Pre-diluted oils are in fractionated coconut oil.

Tisserand and Young note that rosemary essential oil is high in 1,8-cineole and can cause CNS and breathing problems in young children. This oil should not be applied to or near the face of infants or children under ten years of age. No maximum dilution stated for this (cineole) type of rosemary.
